About Lens of the Leader
Lens of the Leader is a 4-day program that takes you deeply into the core of The LeaderMaker Group's lesson catalog. Each topic is explored deeply, beginning with a short lecture and followed by interactive discussion.
We believe learning should be fun. Fun does NOT imply any loss of rigor in the material taught. We do some lecturing. Then we lead some thoughtful interactive sessions with you to pursue nuances not fully covered in the lectures. Our lessons are drawn from several decades of real world experience by our associates, who have served from front-line supervision to executive offices. We show you practical lessons you can take back to work. For more information, see How We Teach.
You may take the Lens program as a pair of 2-day seminars or as a combined 4-day seminar. Part 1 and Part 2 do NOT have to be taken in sequence.
What's covered during Lens of the Leader?
Lens of the Leader covers a broad array of leadership issues and challenges, ranging from those a new supervisor is likely to face (as well as the new supervisor's supervisor) all the way to the challenges executive-level leaders encounter. Lens of the Leader offers great value because it helps leaders at all levels understand the perspectives of those at other levels.
