The LeaderMaker Group offers leadership skill mentoring for emerging leaders in customized small group sessions.

Group size is limited to no more than five. Each engagement is customized in consultation with the client and fees vary with the nature of the engagement.

Our program is not Executive Coaching in the traditional sense of a coach assisting an executive coachee with a set of identified leadership issues. Instead, we focus on middle managers who have been identified for possible elevation to higher leadership positions. These emerging leaders are immersed in a detailed program which has The LeaderMaker Group core product at its center, enhanced by customization to meet needs identified by the client. Engagements may include detailed study of cases, preparation by the client of case problems unique to his/her own experience, on-the-job shadowing by our leadership consultants, and selected reading/writing assignments appropriate to the group.

The focus of the mentoring program is consistent with the overall purpose of The LeaderMaker Group, to provide practical lessons for leading people and to develop leaders of character.
