How Does This Work?

A Senior Partner of The LeaderMaker Group devotes several hours to a group of leaders you designate, for candid questions/answers/discussions of any and all leadership topics on their minds. This format spurs interaction and interest and also appreciation of the many perspectives participants reveal to their colleagues. This is not intended to be a "bull session," but a serious exploration of leadership topics important to your people.

What levels of leadership do you target?

Because our associates have decades of experience in jobs ranging from the front-line to the corporate executive office, they can empathize with anyone in the room and they are skilled and experienced in eliciting candor in a constructive manner from employees at all levels. Because some of our associates also held executive positions they can understand the senior leader's point of view as well. They can then share the various employees' perspectives with you and help you craft a way ahead.

We offer it in a variety of formats and we work with you to determine which format – or formats – best address your needs. For example, you may want everyone present for the entire period. Or, to elicit more candor, you may want separate sessions scheduled with different employee groups in different environments.
