Terms and Conditions

Individual Solutions and Civilian Boot Camp

When you enroll in one of our Individual Solutions or in Civilian Boot Camp, your payment reserves a spot for you for the date and time the seminar is offered.

Refunds: If you must cancel your registration, and more than 30 days remain between the cancellation date and the seminar date, we will refund your money. However, if fewer than 30 days remain, we cannot refund your money. Instead, we ask that you send someone in your place.

Minimum number of attendees: Our clients learn about leadership through a variety of methods, including short lectures, question and answer periods, and guided discussions. We know that there is a minimum number of participants necessary to ensure the seminar is effective. Because we value you as a client, and we want to ensure that our products provide value, we reserve the right to cancel Individual Solutions and Civilian Boot Camp if we do not receive enough registratons. You will receive a prompt refund of your registration fees if this occurs. Our liability is limited to a refund of your registration fee only; we cannot be responsible for ancillary costs such as air travel, hotels, etc.

Inclement Weather: We make every attempt to conduct our seminars at the dates and times listed. However, inclement weather, natural disasters, and other factors (e.g., national emergency, illness of presenter) may on occasion prevent us from delivering the seminar as scheduled. If this occurs, we will either refund your money or apply your funds to another seminar as appropriate. Our liability is limited to the seminar fee only; we cannot be responsible for ancillary costs such as air travel, hotels, etc. If possible, we will provide notice via email or telephone (if that information was made available to us during registration).

Business Solutions

Terms and conditions for Business Solutions customers are contained in the Sales Agreement and other relevant documents.

In general, an individual employee's slot at a seminar is non-refundable, but you may substitute another employee without additional cost. (e.g., You signed up for 9 slots. Employee A cannot attend. You will still be charged for 9 slots, but you may send someone else as a substitute for Employee A if you desire.)
